Day 5 of 21 Days of Prayer. Words have power! Did you know you your words are powerful building blocks? After you think it and see it, you must speak it! The building blocks of the vision you create are the words you speak.

When you speak building blocks in personal private prayer, you are building the vision. When you are in your car or at home and speak building blocks out loud, you are building the vision. When you find someone you trust (very important that you trust him or her) and speak building blocks to them, you are building the vision.

PLANNING BIG?

Hold a meeting with trustworthy teammates and discuss those plans. Every word spoken during that meeting is a building block needed to bring the vision into existence. Every phone call, contact you make, and problem (arguments, ideas or agreements) you solve that involves spoken words, is creating the vision by carefully chosen speech.

WHAT ARE YOU BUILDING?

Hebrews 11:3 tells us, "Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear." If we make sure that what we speak and the way we speak it, agrees with what God says, then we are building the world around us based on His principles of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

PRAY THIS PRAYER TODAY:

Lord, thank you for giving me a desire to build Your best for my life. But, teach me to think before I speak. By Your strength, I will exercise caution before I speak a word that will frame something that I really don't want in my life. Lord, help me control my words when someone makes me angry. I declare that my world is framed and built by faith in God's ability to intervene and preserve me in whatever I face. Romans 10:17 tells me that "faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God". Lord, let my words be the building blocks you use to increase my faith and bring the vision to pass!
