Greetings! In January during prayer, the Holy Spirit gave me 68 benefits of praying in the Holy Spirit.

Beginning March 1, 2023, we will spend 15 minutes each day praying in the Holy Spirit for a period of 40 days. When you join our prayer list, you will receive one benefit of praying in the holy spirit each day.

 

In addition, we will do intermittent fasting from 7 p.m. until 12 noon each day. Always, check with your medical provider before beginning a fast.

Now, for some of you, praying in the Holy Spirit means praying in your heavenly prayer language or praying in your native language. Either way, praying in the Holy Spirit requires total submission to God. Praying in the Holy Spirit means total surrender to God. Praying in the Holy Spirit means you pray God’s will be done in your life not yours.

 

Before I received the baptism in the Holy Ghost, I had a relationship with God even as a child. As I reflect on my past, God guided me through many things with who I call my “internal teacher.” He’s always been with me. So, even if you don’t have a heavenly prayer language, God knows your heart.

 

There are people who have a heavenly prayer language, but they practice sin as a lifestyle. Don’t ever allow anyone to make you feel less worthy of God or as if you’re not receiving everything from God if you don’t have a heavenly prayer language. It’s possible to have the form but deny the power of God.

I want you to know that you are just as loved by God as any other believer who prays in their heavenly prayer language. I say this to encourage those of you who may not have a heavenly prayer language, but desire to pray, listen, and grow.

 

I want you to know that God is with you. If you’ve given your life to Jesus Christ, God is with you. You are a forever marked man, woman, and child of God. I want to encourage everyone to seek God during this time.

 

When you bow your knees to pray or whatever posture you take, yield your mind to God. Turn off all distractions. Give God 15 minutes of your time every day for the next 40 days. Get quiet, be still, and listen. Wait on the Lord and he will strengthen your heart. Wait I say on the Lord.

You don’t have to be a prayer warrior to pray. God is not looking for prayer warriors. He’s looking for those who are willing and obedient. God’s looking for those with a broken and contrite heart. Those, He will not despise.

 

I am inviting you to join us over the next 40 Days Praying in the Holy Spirit for 15 minutes each day. Spend 15 minutes praying in your heavenly prayer language or talking to God and reading the word. Whatever you do, surrender your heart, mind, body, and soul to God.
