DAILY DEVOTION

Exodus 14:13-14

“But Moses said to the people, "Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever. The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still (Exodus 14:13-14."

REFLECTION

One of the toughest times to be still and trust God is when you’re in the midst of battle. You may think you’re losing the battle, but fret not. God wants to remind you that He will never leave you nor forsake you. While you keep silent, the Lord will fight for you. So, release whatever is bothering you. Be still in His presence. He promises to fight on your behalf.

God loves you.

PRAYER DIRECTIVE

Ask the Lord to reveal to you ways you can reflect his love to others.
