DAILY DEVOTION

Psalm 37:5-7

Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you.

He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, and the justice of your cause will shine like the noonday sun.

Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act.

Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes.

REFLECTION

His promises are for those who believe in the redeeming work of Jesus Christ.

God wants you to commit your life, your agenda, your thoughts and prayers to His kingdom agenda. Your commitment to him signifies your level of trust in Him. Don’t hold back when you’re spending time with God because He promises to help those who trust Him and commit their cause to Him.

When we are unacquainted with sin, God will make our innocence radiate in the clear light of day. His approval of us will be stamped with uncommon justice, prosperity, and wisdom.

Continue to get quiet before the Lord and prayerfully commune with him. Rid your mind of those who are climbing the ladder and elbowing their way to the top.

God has your future and He has your back. In the end, you will radiate like the light of day because the radiance you reflect will be empowered by the Holy Spirit.

PRAYER DIRECTIVE

Ask the Lord to reveal to you ways you can reflect his love to others.
